Chris Kitts serves as the Director of Military Programs at LIFT Airborne Technologies LLC, where he leads the development and integration of advanced aviation equipment and accessories for U.S. and Allied Forces. With a steadfast commitment to innovation and operational effectiveness, he plays a critical role in aligning cutting-edge capabilities with the evolving needs of military aviation professionals, including the implementation of comprehensive training programs.
Chris retired from the United States Air Force following a distinguished 20-year career, during which he held key leadership roles in acquisitions, sustainment, program management, and served as a Subject Matter Expert in Aircrew Flight Equipment. His extensive expertise in aircrew systems and operational readiness continues to inform his work at LIFT, where he is instrumental in delivering mission-ready solutions that enhance safety, performance, and operational capability across global air operations.
A native of Virginia, Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ashford University and an Associate of Applied Science in Aircrew Safety Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Chris is dedicated to his family. He and his wife, Tonia, have been married for 20 years and are the proud parents of two daughters. They currently reside in Dayton, Ohio.
